The Directorate of Legal Affairs and Organization (Dithukor) conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Draft Amendment of the Statute of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The event was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, on March 10, 2023, and was held at the Board of Trustees Meeting Room. In his opening remarks, the Rector emphasized the importance of this initiative as a foundational step toward achieving the status of a World Class University. This FGD served as a strategic effort to gather input from various stakeholders regarding the development needs of the university to position itself as both a world-class and Entrepreneurial University. The discussion resulted in diverse perspectives and recommendations covering key aspects of governance reform aimed at establishing a more effective, efficient, and adaptive management system at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
